Almost a year has passed since the magnitude 9.0 Earthquake and catastrophic Tsunami struck Northeastern Japan. We will learn more about the terrible disaster, the rescue efforts, the governmentʼs response, and the reconstruction plans for this region, including the problem of the disabled nuclear power plant. For this occasion we are fortunate to be able to introduce two ideal guest speakers on these subjects.
