Climate & Consulting

Marielle Remillard, PhD, Consultant at BCG, will give a talk as part of the Climate Puzzles for Diplomats series hosted by The Fletcher School at Tufts University.

How would you, if you enter the consulting world or a large organization, firmly implement a climate lens and mobilize others to help you? Our guest, Marielle Remillard, has done so, and during this session, she will share how she leveraged her passion for climate mitigation as a source of competitive advantage when entering the world of consulting for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She is actively involved in a number of company-wide sustainability initiatives and a key contributor to BCG’s new Center for Climate Action.

We will start this conversation with Marielle sharing her perspectives on mainstreaming climate in seemingly resistant professional environments, and then delve into details of the role of a consultant who wants to stimulate this change within and outside their office.
