Foodbetter Harvard
Foodbetter Harvard is sponsored by the Office of the Executive Vice President. The two-day summit is a signature event of the University-wide Foodbetter Harvard Initiative. Schedule includes a keynote conversation with Chef Dan Barber, Alumna and Chef Joanne Chang, and Harvard nutrition expert Dr. Walter Willett on the impact of food on our environment, our health, and our sense of pleasure and comfort, as well as an Innovation and Sustainability Fair featuring Harvard and Cambridge-area groups, students, and innovators. First organized in the 2014–2015 academic year, the Initiative highlights the power of interdisciplinary knowledge and discovery taking place across the University's Schools, and explores the complex questions about food that challenge our region and the world.
