Meghan O’Sullivan, Jeane Kirkpatrick Professor of the Practice of International Affairs, HKS, and Alexandra Vacroux, Executive Director, Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, Harvard University, will address the impact of sanctions on Russia’s energy exports, financial institutions, and the implications for the European and global energy markets.
