Ever wonder what happens to the food that goes unserved by HUDS, or the food that you leave on your plate? Want to know what you can do to make a positive impact? Come learn about food rescue and sustainability from a panel of experts working on these topics at Harvard and in the greater community. Sponsored by the Food Literacy Project. Co-sponsored by the Environmental Action Committee and Resource Efficiency Program. Panelists include: Kelsey Grab, Residential Program Coordinator at Harvard's Office of Sustainability; Richard He, Food/In-Kind Director at Harvard Square Homeless Shelter; Crista Martin, Director of Strategic Initiatives and Communications at HUDS; and Ross Richmond, Community Partnership Manager from Food For Free. Snacks and coffee will be provided.
